Listed below are ways you can engage in education reform and help close student achievement gap in Hartford public schools.

• Know your school’s OSI (Overall School Index), a measure used to determine school performance. This metric includes all grades and content areas measured by state assessments.

• Attend a Board meeting
   
• Attend a School Governance Council
   
• Write a Letter to the Editor expressing your views and experiences about your school.
   
• Encourage your students/participate in our annual Spelling Bee contest.
   
• Donate to Achieve Hartford!
